Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log a meal with a photo?
From the dashboard, tap the camera button and snap a photo of your meal. Our AI will identify the foods and estimate calories and macros within a few seconds. You can edit any item before saving.
Can I log meals by voice?
Yes. Tap the microphone button and describe what you ate (e.g., "two eggs and toast with butter"). Logrie will transcribe and log it automatically.
How does Apple Health sync work?
Logrie reads your steps and weight from Apple Health, and writes your meals and workouts back. To enable, go to Settings → Apple Health in the app, or grant permissions when first prompted. You can also manage what's shared in the iOS Settings app under Health → Data Access & Devices → Logrie.
Why is the AI estimate different from what I expected?
AI estimates are best guesses based on visual portion size and typical preparations. For maximum accuracy, you can edit the items, portion size, or macros before saving.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions → Logrie → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
In the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app:
- Open Logrie and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. This is irreversible — your meals, weights, goals, and account credentials will be permanently removed.
If you can't access the app, email support@logrie.app from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion within 7 days.
What data does Logrie store about me?
See our Privacy Policy for full details. In short: your account info, food and exercise logs, and goals. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.
How do I export my data?
Email support@logrie.app from your account email and we'll send you a copy of your data within 7 days.
